Welcome to Prompt Keeper. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

1. Description of Service

Prompt Keeper provides a web-based workspace for users to store, version-control, and template their AI prompts. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

2. Accounts and Authentication

• You must use Google Login to access the service. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. User Content

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the prompts and content you submit to Prompt Keeper.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you store. Do not store sensitive, classified, or highly confidential personally identifiable information (PII).

4. Limitation of Liability

Prompt Keeper is a free utility tool. We strive to securely store your data, but we are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or service outages. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your most critical prompts. In no event shall Prompt Keeper or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

5. Fair Use and Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform (e.g., using automated bots to spam our database, storing excessive amounts of non-prompt data, or violating laws).

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part of it) with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the common laws applicable to web services, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
